This solution allows you to deploy an ACD site of up to 350 IP agents with Longest Idle Agent call distribution. It also provides sophisticated functionality that is available only to IP agents (for example, Teleworking). TDM agents are not required. If you deploy multiple 3300 digital trunking gateway controllers and split the trunks across the controllers, you will obtain inherent trunking resiliency. This solution also provides small ACD sites (less than 100 agents) with a migration path for future growth. Customers do not need to use digital trunking gateways initially, but as their ACD requirements grow beyond 100 IP agents, this implementation will allow them to protect their initial investment.
